• Direct flights between London and Kuala Lumpur: Malaysia Airlines is the only carrier to offer non-stop full service link between the UK and Malaysia

• Twice daily A380 service from London to Kuala Lumpur: From November 2012, Malaysia Airlines upgraded its Boeing 747 daily flights from London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to offer UK passengers a twice-daily A380 direct service

• oneworld membership: On 1 Feb 2013, Malaysia Airlines joined the world’s premier global airline alliance oneworld and was  the second member to operate the Airbus A380

• Enrich programme : The airline’s frequent flyer programme Enrich offers passengers an opportunity to earn Elite Miles, which can be traded in for flights or for numerous other privileges and preferential treatment when flying with Malaysia Airlines, oneworld member airlines and Enrich partner airlines.

• Baggage allowance:  Generous baggage allowance of 50kgs on First Class, 40kgs on Business Class and 30kgs on Economy Class.

• Lounges:  First and Business Class passengers, as well as Enrich and oneworld elite tier members, are entitled to use Malaysia Airlines’ Golden Lounges at London Heathrow and its newly refurbished Golden Lounge in KLIA along with 550 airport lounges worldwide offered by oneworld member airlines whenever they fly with any of the alliance’s carriers. Malaysia Airlines’ passengers can also use oneworld partner airline lounges.
